Hysteroscopy
It is an endoscopic study that allows evaluation of the uterine cavity.
A very thin camera called a hysteroscope is inserted through the vagina into the uterus. The procedure allows for both diagnosis and treatment in some cases during the same session.
For infertility studies.
To diagnose causes of abnormal uterine bleeding.
As a complement to ultrasound studies that show alterations in the uterine cavity.
To remove IUDs when extraction is not possible during a regular consultation.
The results are delivered immediately.
